人工晶状体前膜药物治疗与术后随访的关系

为探讨人工晶状体前膜药物治疗与随访的关系，观察29例人工晶状体前膜形成与连续随访时间及治愈26例，说明术后早期连续随访对药物治疗前膜的重要性。29例前膜出现时间1－15天，平均为8天，因连续随访，及时以甲基强的松龙球旁注射联合散瞳治疗，26例前膜自行吸收，占89．6％。作者认为人工晶状体植入术后3周内的连续随访是及时发现并及早药物治愈晶状体前膜的关键。

The relation ship between the medicine for epilens membrane and the follow-up of the post-operation

To study of the relation between the medicine treatment and the follow-up the post-operation for epilens membrane , we observed 29 cases during epilens membrane formed and the priod of the continuous follow up as well as 26 cures that manifested the importance of the early follow up to the medicine treatment for opilens membrane. Among a group of 29 cases the duration of appearance of epilens was being from 1-15 days, (average 8 days). Because of continuous follow-up and timely treatment by para-bulbar injection of methylprednisolone , combined with mydnia sis,26 cases absorbed by itself that made up 89.6% .Within 3 weeks af ter the operation to follow-up continuously is the key that effects a cure of epilens membrane by discovering promptly and giving a medicine treatment properly as early as possible .
