社区高血压患者血压控制现状及抗高血压药物使用特点分析

目的:了解社区高血压患者血压控制现状及降压药物使用特点,为社区高血压患者的合理用药提出改进意见。方法:根据社区卫生服务中心健康档案数据库,随机抽取高血压患者,采取问卷调查方式。结果:①调查服药人数758人,血压控制率38.13%;有22.78%的人合并心、脑血管病变;②降压药物分类计算,使用复方制剂药物的居首位,有73.61%的人使用;其次为钙拮抗剂和ACEI类药物,分别为24.14%和12.40%;③单用一种降压成分药物的人数为142人(约18.73%);单用一种复方降压制剂药物的人数为449人(约59.23%);联合复方或非复方用药人数为167人(22.04%),以二联为主,复方制剂加别种药物占14.52%。结论:社区降压药物的品种分布是基本合理的,但联合复方或非复方用药比例较少,存在重复用药现象,有滥用复方制剂倾向,服药患者血压控制率较低。提示我区高血压患者的健康教育有待加强,治疗措施有待进一步改进。

Analysis of Anti-hypertensive Drugs Used in Community

Objective：To assess the current status and trend of the use of anti- hypertensive drugs in community in Songjiang.Methods： The current status and percentages of different anti-hypertensive drugs commonly used in the clinic were investigated among community hypertensive patients by questionnaires.Results：Seven hundred and fifty-eight patients who were treated with anti-hypertensive drugs have been enrolled,the controlled rate was 38.13% .There were 22.78% hypertensive patients who have other vascular diseases. Compound formulations was the most commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs with a utilization rate of 73.61% ,next were calcium channel blockers and ACEI with a utilization rate of 24.14% and 12.40%,respectively.Only one drug usage 18.73% ;Only one compound formulations usage 59.23% ;Combined drug usage 22.04%.Conclusion：The drug usage of hypertensive patients are rational basically. But the combined usage has been repeated,the usage of compound formulations tends abuse, the controlled rate of hypertension is lowly. That suggests health education of hypertensive patients be enhanced and the therapeutic methods be inpreved.
