丙泊酚配伍芬太尼麻醉在人工流产术中应用

目的:探讨丙泊酚配伍芬太尼静脉注射麻醉在早期人工流产术中的镇痛效果。方法:选取自愿要求在静脉注射麻醉下行人工流产术中的早孕妇女200例,做为观察组;选取同期不用任何药物而行人工流产术的早孕妇女50例,做为对照组。比较两组术中的疼痛情况、手术时间、宫颈扩张情况,人流综合征发生情况,出血情况以及呼吸、血压变化情况。结果:观察组孕妇无疼痛及人流综合征发生,术中出血较少,亦无严重并发症。结论:丙泊酚配伍芬太尼静脉注射麻醉有明显镇痛效果,且安全、简便。

Clinical application of propofol intravenous injection combined uith fentany in the operation of induced abortion

Objective:To probe the analgesic effect of intravenous injection of anesthesia of the make-up of propofol and efntany in the operation of early induced abortion.Methods:200 cases of early stage pregnant women,who volunteer to undergo the opertion of induced abortion after the intravenous injection of anesthesia,are selcted to be the observation group;50 cases of early stage pregnant woman,who in the corresponding period,undergo the operation of induced abortion without any medicines,are selectede to be the contrast group.The aspects being compared include the following;the aching during operation,the time spent on operation,the cervical delatation,the syndrome caused.by induced abortion,hemorrhage,breathing and the change of blood pressure.Results:For the observation group ther's on aching and the syndrome caused by induced abortion,and the amount of hemorrhage during operation is little.Furthermore,there's no serious complication.Conclusion:The analgesic effect is obvious by the way of intraveneous injection of anesthesia on the make-up of propofol and fentany.This way is also safe and easy to operate.
