| 摘 要： | 目的:建立杜仲冲剂中京尼平苷酸(GPA)、绿原酸(CA)、京尼平苷(GP)3种成分含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(14∶86∶1.2)为流动相,检测波长237 nm。结果:该方法线性关系良好。GPA,CA,GP的精密度分别为1.82%,1.38%,1.92%。加样回收率分别为97.5%,97.9%,96.8%。结论:本方法简便快捷、重现性好,可用于同时测定杜仲冲剂中3种有效成分含量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the contents of Geniposidic Acid(GPA),Chlorogenic Acid(CA),Geniposide(GP)in Duzhong granules.Methods: GPA and CA were analysed by using C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-water-aceacid(14∶ 86∶ 1.2) at the flow rate of 1ml/min,the detective-wave was set at 237 nm.Results: The analytical method had good linearity.The precision of GPA and CA were 1.82%,1.38%,1.92% n=5,and the recoveries were 97.5%,97.9%,092296.8%.Conclusion: This method is simple,quick and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of three effective constituents in the Duzhong granules. |
