摘    要:PPARδ是过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体PPAR的一个亚型,主要控制脂肪组织和骨骼肌细胞的脂类代谢和能量解偶联,并参与许多疾病的发生和发展过程。PPARδ作为治疗靶标,它的合成激动剂有望开发成为治疗皮肤损伤和代谢综合症的有效药物。

Abstract:PPAR δ is one of the three isoforms of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs) which are essential regulators of lipid storage and metabolism. PPAR δ primarily stimulats lipid metabolism and energy uncoupling in adipocytes and myocytes as well as involvs in the onset and development of many diseases. As the target of medicines, PPAR δ agonists may be powerful drugs for epidermal wound and metabolic syndrome X.
