| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用肿胀麻醉乳晕切口微创治疗青春期男性乳腺增生症的临床经验。方法采取肿胀麻醉乳晕切口微创治疗39例青春期男性乳腺增生症患者。结果39例患者均手术顺利，术后无一例出现血肿、感染、乳头乳晕坏死，胸部平整对称。随访28例，时间为6～12个月，术区瘢痕不明显，胸部平坦，无复发。结论肿胀麻醉乳晕切口微创治疗青春期男性乳腺增生症是一种操作简单、安全性高、彻底的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical trials of using swelling anesthesia periareolar incision to treat persistent pubertal gynecomastia.Methods Applied the swelling anesthesia periareolar incision to 39 patients with persistent pubertal gynecomastia.Results All of the surgenes were successful;no case with haematoma,infection,necrosis of the nipple and areola;all with smooth symmetrical chests.Follow-up on 28cases after 6-12 months:no case with visible scars at the surgical area;all with smooth and flat chest;no recurrence of the problem.Conclusion Swelling anesthesia periareolar incision to treat persistent pubertal gynecomastia is a simple,highly-safe,and permanently cured method of treatment. |
