| 摘 要： | 目的:观察富硒灵芝对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤的增效减毒作用.方法:通过皮下注射S180的方法建立小鼠实体瘤模型,随机分为4组:模型对照组、环磷酰胺组、正常灵芝组和富硒灵芝组.环磷酰胺组给予环磷酰胺腹腔注射,正常灵芝组和富硒灵芝组在腹腔注射环磷酰胺同时,分别灌胃正常灵芝和富硒灵芝,模型对照组给予生理盐水,均为每天给药1次,连续10... |
