综合大学附属医院从事临床实践教学的现状与对策

国家赋予综合性大学附属医院救死扶伤和教书育人的两个职能,它在现行医疗体制改革的情况下与病人的维权发生了激烈的碰撞,临床实践教学出现了滑坡现象。在分析综合性大学附属医院临床实践教学现状的基础上,作者试从制定相应法规,保障临床实践教学;践行行医准则,尊重病人权利;明确医患义务,正确处理医疗、教学、科研三者关系;健全临床教学管理实施系统;先行能力训练,后到临床实习;建设好一支临床教师队伍等几个方面进行阐述,以期保证综合性大学附属医院临床实践教学的质量。

Current situations and corresponding countermeasures in clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities

Objective:The two primary tasks of affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities i.e. saving wounded people and treating patients and training qualified medical personnel, are challenged by maintenance of patients' rights and the clinical teaching quality appears a tendency to be poorer and poorer under the current situation of reforms of health care system in our country. Based on the analysis of the current situations of clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities, it is discussed the factors involved in the improvement of the clinical teaching quality in the affiliated hospitals of comprehensive universities, including formulation of the corresponding laws and regulations to guarantee the clinical teaching quality, execution of standards in medical practice and respect of patient's rights, definition obligations of both doctors and patients, correct management of the relationship among clinical treatment, teaching and researches, establishment of a perfect managing system of clinical teaching, and construction of a group of qualified clinical teachers.
