2009-2011年石家庄市医疗机构放射工作人员职业健康监护监督结果分析

目的了解石家庄市医疗机构放射工作人员职业健康监护监督管理状况,为卫生行政部门制订放射卫生长效监管机制提供科学依据。方法依据国家相关法律法规,对2009-2011年石家庄市医疗机构放射工作人员职业健康监护工作的开展情况进行监督检查。结果通过监督人员的严格监管,医疗机构放射工作人员健康监护工作更趋规范,但仍存在健康监护档案不规范、前期预防监管漏洞,不容忽视。结论提高放射卫生监管能力,加大放射卫生监督执法力度,全面规范放射工作人员的健康监护管理,保障放射从业人员的健康权益。

Analysis on health surveillance results of the radiation workers in medical institutions from 2009 to 2011 in Shijiazhuang city

Objective To understand the occupational health supervision and management status of radiation workers in medical institutions of Shijiazhuang and provide scientific basis for making radiological health prolonged action monitoring mechanism.Method According the national relevant laws and regulations to supervision and inspection the occupation health care development status of radiation workers from 2009 to 2011.Results By supervisory management,the health surveillance work of medical radiation workers were more standardized,but health surveillance archives were not standardized and prophase supervision loopholes cannot be ignored.Conclusions Improvement radiological health custody,strength law execution on radiation hygiene,comprehensive specification radiation workers’ health care management and ensured the employed health right.
