| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肾紫癜症误诊原因。方法 :回顾性分析 9例肾紫癜症临床资料。结果 :9例术前全部误诊 ,均行肾切除术。所有病例均经手术和病理证实为肾紫癜症。结论 :该病症系良性疾病 ,临床表现不典型 ,临床医师应重视此病 ,结合病史、体检、影像学检查以及其他检查 ,以明确诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the causes for misdiagnosis of renal purpura.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 9 patients with renal purpura.Results:All 9 cases were misdiagnosed before operation and were performed nephrectomy.But renal purpura was proven by operation and histopathological examination.Conclusions:Renal purpura was a kind of benign disease. The atypical clinical manifestation of renal purpura suggested that the doctors should attach much importance to this kind of disease. The correct diagnosis was made malinly by the combination of case history, physical check-up, image and other special examinations. |
