锌与脊髓损伤后骨质疏松的关系

摘    要:应用原子吸收分光光度仪检测37例脊髓伤患者和40例健康对照组的血清锌和空腹2h尿锌的浓度变化,同时检测其他骨代谢生化参数:钙、镁、磷、碱性磷酸酶和羟脯氨酸的值。结果发现脊髓伤组与健康组比较,尿锌排出明显增多(P<0.01),血清锌无差异。尿锌排出增多与尿钙和尿羟脯氨酸呈正相关(P<0.01),与损伤时间呈负相关(P<0.01)。认为尿锌可作为脊髓伤后骨吸收分解的参考生化指标。

Abstract:Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the changes of the serum zinc level and the urinary excretion of zinc were studied in 37 spinal cord injury patients and 40 healthy control subjects. The calcium, magnesium, phosphoni-um, alkaline phosphate and hydroxyproline were studied too. The results showed that the urinary excretion of zinc was obviously increased (P<0.01), the serum zinc levels had no difference, when the spinal cord injury compared to the healthy controls. The highly significant correlation between urinary zinc excretion increasing with hydroxyproline, calci-um excretion (P<0.01), and the zinc excretion is negatively correlated to the time from injury (P<0.01). The au-thors considered that the urinary zinc excretion might act as a biochecmical index of bone absorption of the patients after spinal cord injury.
