大学新生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的调查研究

目的 了解大学生对艾滋病知识、态度、相关行为取向的现状,为探索针对大学生艾滋病行为干预措施提供现实依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法对杭州师范学院师范类专业2004届的265名新生进行了匿名问卷调查.结果 被调查的新生对艾滋病基本知识的知晓率较高,但对于一些日常生活接触是否会传播艾滋病回答正确率较低,对目前艾滋病的严峻现状了解不充分,对婚前性行为和同性恋的态度较为宽容.结论 对师范类新生开展艾滋病健康教育非常必要.

Investigation of knowledge, attitude and behavior about HIV/AIDS among freshmen in our college

Objective To understand the current state and the impact factors of HIV/AIDS KAP(knowledge,attitude and behavior) among the freshmen in Hangzhou Teachers College and to provide evidences for conducting HIV/AIDS preventive education.Methods An anonymous survey was carried out among 265 freshmen in Hangzhou Teachers College by stratified sampling and cluster sampling.Results The freshmen had much knowledge about HIV/AIDS,but were still obscure on whether AIDS would spread through daily touch and the present situation of HIV infection.The survey also showed that these freshmen gave lenient treatment to sexual(contact) before marriage and homosexuality.Conclusion Based on the findings of this study,HIVS/AIDS health education among university students,especially among normal college students,is necessary.
