2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病伴不同程度血管病变患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)水平的变化及其意义。方法:91例2型糖尿病患者分为无血管并发症组22例(A组)、微血管病组13例(B组)、大血管病组31例(C组)和同时合并大血管和微血管病组25例(D组)。并设正常对照组35例。采用125^Ⅰ-sICAM-1放免分析(RIA)方法测定血清sICAM-1水平。结果:C组、D组血清sICAM-1水平高于A组、B组和对照组(P〈0.05),A组、B组及对照组之间.C组、D组之间血清sICAM-1差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。血清sICAM-1与甘油三酯、总胆固醇均呈正相关(ra分别为0.210和0.219,t分别为2.392和2.499,P〈0.05)。结论:血清sICAM-1主要与糖尿病大血管病变有关。可作为糖尿病大血管病变病情变化的监测指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in type 2 diabetes accompanied by vasculopathy and its clinical significance. Methods: Ninety-one patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into complication-free group-twenty-two cases (group A), microangiopathic group-thirteen cases(group B), macroangiopathic group-thirty-one cases(group C), the combination of macroangiopathic and microangiopathic group-twenty-five cases(group D), and thirty-five normal cases were selected as the control group. Serum sICAM-1 was measured by using 125I-sICAM-1 radioimmunoassay. Results: Serum sICAM-1 was significantly higher in group C and group D than that of the group A, group B and the control group(P < 0.05). But there were no statistical difference among group A, group B and the control group, neither did group C and group D(P > 0.05). Serum sICAM-1 was positively associated with triglyceride (r = 0.210, t = 2.392, P < 0.05) and total cholesterol(r = 0.219, t = 2.499, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum sICAM-1 is involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic macroangiopathy, measurement of serum sICAM-1 may contribute to monitoring of diabetic macroangiopathy.
