超声对临床睾丸未扪及儿童的辅助诊疗价值

目的评价超声对临床睾丸未扪及的患儿中的诊断价值。方法睾丸未扪及的101例患儿共111个未扪及睾丸，经超声探查后，再次进行临床复查，最后经手术明确睾丸位置。结果超声探及95个未扪及睾丸（85．5％），41个位于腹部，54个位于腹股沟。误诊1个（超声提示1个腹股沟隐睾萎缩的患儿经手术发现为腹腔内睾丸畸胎瘤）。根据超声提示，38个睾丸在临床复查中被扪及。超声未探及的15个未扪及睾丸中，9个位于腹部，6个缺如。超声对腹股沟区睾丸的探查敏感性100％，特异性98．2％；对腹腔睾丸探查敏感性80．4％，特异性100％。结论超声对未扪及睾丸的定位、手术方案的制定及顺利实施手术有重要辅助意义。

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography in children's non-palpable testes

Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of ultrasonography for children＇ s non - palpable testes （NPT）. Methods One hundred and eleven testes in 101 NPT children were examined by ultrasound. Then they were re- examined in clinic, the size and position of testes were confirmed by surgery. Results Ninety - five NPT testes were detected by ultrasound （85.5 % ）, 41 testes were in abdomen and 54 in ingninal. One testi misdiagnosed（the one ultrasound diagnosed as inguinal cryptorchid atrophy turned out to be testicular teratoma by surgery）. Under the ultrasonic guidance, 38 testes were palpated in clinical re - examination. For 15 NPT undetected with ultrasonograpy, 9 were in abdomen and 6 were absent. The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography for testes in inguinal region were 100% and 98.2%, and the sensitivity was 80.4% and specificity was 100% in abdomen. Conclusion Ultrasonography has great value in NPT positioning, surgical schedule and implement.
