特殊部位异位妊娠的临床分析

目的:探讨特殊部位异位妊娠的临床特点、误诊原因及治疗方法。方法:对我院1999年6月~2005年6月收治的11例特殊部位异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:特殊部位异位妊娠(11例)占同期异位妊娠总数(207例)的5·31%,其中输卵管间质部妊娠5例,卵巢妊娠3例,宫颈妊娠、腹腔(后腹膜)妊娠及宫内和宫外复合妊娠各1例。全部病例均经手术及病理学检查确诊。结论:特殊部位异位妊娠既有其共性,又有其特殊性,早期诊断较困难,一旦怀疑本病应立即手术探查明确诊断,及时治疗。

Clinical Analysis of Special- site Ectopic Pregnancies

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and misdiagnosis reasons and treatments of special-site ectopic pregnancies.Methods:The retrospective analysis was performed on 11 cases of special-site ectopic pregnancies in our hospital from June 1999 to June 2005.Results:The incidence of synchronization ectopic pregnancy was 5.31%, including 5 cases for tubal pregnancy, 3 cases for ovarian pregnancy and 1 case for cervical pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy and heterotopic pregnancy respectively.All the patients received surgery and pathological section for diagnosis.Conclusion:The special-site ectopic pregnancies have their respective clinical features, which are usually not typical, so it is difficult for early diagnosis. If there is a suspicion of this condition, surgical exploration should be preformed early to get better therapeutic effects.
