| 摘 要： | 胃肠间质瘤是消化管少见的肿瘤,通常认为起源于肠管Cajal细胞,以酪氨酸激酶受体KIT蛋白(CD117)获得性突变为其特点.对于可切除肿瘤,目前手术仍是主要治疗手段.对于复发和转移的肿瘤,小分子酪氨酸激酶受体抑制剂伊马替尼是目前主要的治疗手段.

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are rare tumors of alimentary tract and originated from the interstitial Cajal cells,with acquired mutation of KIT(CD117).Surgery is the main therapy for resectable tumors,while imatinib,a small-molecule inhibitor of receptor of tyrosine kinase,plays an important role in treating metastatic and recurrent tumors. |
