摘    要:目的:探讨血脂康在降低血脂正常脑梗死患者不良心脑血管事件中的效果。方法将2010年1-12月300例血脂正常的脑梗死患者随机分为A组(常规干预组)、B组(阿托伐他汀组)和C组(血脂康组)各100例,比较三组患者不良心脑血管事件发生率、不良反应发生率及干预前后的颈动脉内膜中层厚度、血清CK、CK-MB及AST、ALT。结果 B组与C组的不良心脑血管事件发生率均低于A组,干预后的血清CK、CK-MB低于A组,颈动脉内膜中层厚度优于A组,且C组不良反应发生率低于B组,P均<0.05,均有显著差异,而三组干预前后的血清AST与ALT均无显著性差异,P均>0.05。结论血脂康在降低血脂正常脑梗死患者不良心脑血管事件中的效果较好,可有效降低血管风险程度。

Observation on the effect of Xuezhikang in decreasing the adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of patients with normal blood lipid and cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang in decreasing the adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of patients with normal blood lipid and cerebral infarction. Methods 300 patients with normal blood lipid and cerebral infarction from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into group A(routine treatment group) 100 cases,group B(atorvastatin group) 100 cases and group C(Xuezhikang group) 100 cases, then the adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events rate, adverse reaction rate and carotid artery intima-media thickness, serum CK, CK-MB, AST, ALT before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events rate of group B and group C were both lower than that of group A, serum CK and CK-MB after the intervention were lower than those of group A, carotid artery intima-media thickness were better than those of group A, and adverse reaction rate of group C was lower than that of group B, all P0.05. Conclusion The effect of Xuezhikang in decreasing the adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of patients with normal blood lipid and cerebral infarction is better, and it can effectively decrease the vascular risk degree.
