生活事件对女性复发性抑郁症的影响

目的：探讨生活事件对女性复发性抑郁症的影响。方法采用一般人口学资料、生活事件量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表对150例复发性女性抑郁症患者和150例健康对照者进行访谈，应用非参数检验及多元回归分析，探讨生活事件对女性复发抑郁症的影响。结果病例组的正性生活事件得分、负性生活事件得分、生活事件总分均高于对照组；正性生活事件、工作稳定、有配偶与抑郁症的复发呈负相关。结论负性生活事件是抑郁复发的危险因素，正性生活事件以及工作稳定、有配偶是复发性抑郁症的保护因素。

The effect of life events on recurrent depression in women

Objective To investigate the effects of life events on the recurrence rate in female recurrent depressive disorder. Methods The case-control study design was used in this study, 150 female patients of recurrent depressive disorder and 150 healthy controls respectively accepted the structured interview, who also were assessed by general demographic information, life events scale and Hamilton depression rating scale, nonparametric test and multiple regression analysis were used to assess the effects of life events on the recurrence rate in female recurrent depressive disorder. Results The result showed the total score of life events ,the positive life events score and negative life events score in study group were higher than control group. We observed a significant negative correlation between the recurrence rate of depression and positive life events, stable work, having a spouse. Conclusions The above data seem to confirm that negative life events is a risk factor of recurrence of depression, but positive life events, stable work and having a spouse are the protecting factors of recurrent depression.
