血液灌流治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床应用

目的 探讨血液灌流在重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）中的治疗价值.方法 对本科2010年1月~2011年12月收治的12例重症急性胰腺炎患者,在常规治疗的同时,加用血液灌流（HP）方法,观察治疗过程中患者的生命体征、神经精神症状、腹部体征,分析多项生化指标.结果 12例患者治疗后体温、心率、血压、呼吸频率、血尿淀粉酶、肝、肾功能等较治疗前有明显好转（P〈0.05）,痊愈出院8例,好转出院4例.结论 早期行血液灌流治疗有利于改善SAP的预后,血液灌流可作为治疗重症急性胰腺炎的常规方法.

The clinical application of hemoperfusion on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical application of hemoperfusion on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 12 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated in our department from January 2010 to December 2011 ,we give the conventional treatment, plus hemoperfusion （HP） method to observe the patient＇s vital signs, neuropsychiatric symptoms, abdominal signs during the course of treatmenta , and analyze some biochemical indexes. Results After treatment, 12 patients＇temperature, heart rate , blood pressure, respiratory＇ rate, urine amylase , liver function and renal function were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. 8 cases were cured and discharged , and 4 cases improved and discharged . Conclusion The early hemoperfusion will contribute to improve the prognosis of SAP , and hemoperfusion treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can be used as a conventional method .
