hMSH2和VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨hMSH2和VEGF在乳腺癌(BC)组织中的表达以及它们与BC临床病理特征间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法对40例BC组织与20例乳腺良性病变组织中hMSH2和VEGF的表达进行检测。结果乳腺良、恶性病变之间hMSH2和VEGF的表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。hMSH2和VEGF的表达与BC的组织学类型、临床分期、雌激素受体、孕激素受体无关(P>0.05),但与腋窝淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论hMSH2和VEGF参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程,二者可以作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的参考指标。

The expression and significance of hMSH2 and VEGF in breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of human MutS Homolog 2(hMSH2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in breast carcinoma(BC)and their clinicopathological significance.Methods The expression of hMSH2 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 40 BC patients and 20 cases of benign breast diseases(BBD).Results The expression of hMSH2 and VEGF had significant differences between BC and BBD (P<0.05).The expression of hMSH2 and VEGF has no correlation to histological types,clinical stage,extrogen receptor and progestagen receptor(P>0.05),but they were correlated to axillary lympy nodes metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion hMSH2 and VEGF may play important role in the development and progression of BC.The expression of hMSH2 and VEGF might serve as reference indicators for the biological behavior of BC.
