综合医院2010年医院感染现患率调查分析

目的了解我院住院患者医院感染的实际发病情况,增强医务人员医院感染防控意识,为制订医院感染监控措施提供依据。方法采用床边检查和查阅病历相结合的方法,对调查当日所有的住院患者进行调查。结果当天医院感染现患率为4.56%,例次感染现患率为4.84%;感染率最高的科室为神经内科,高达20.0%;在各感染部位中,下呼吸道感染所占构成比最大,为42.3%;抗菌药物使用率为49.3%,抗菌药物联合应用率全院平均为12.7%,抗菌药物使用率及联合应用率最高的科室均为IC U,分别达到100.0%和71.4%.结论医院须加强对神经内科等科室的医院感染管理,加强抗菌药物的合理应用,进一步提高用药的科学性。

Survey on one-day prevalence of nosocomial infection in a comprehensive hospital in 2010
