| 摘 要： | 目的观察消癥丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将600例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为2组。治疗组400例予消癥丸口服治疗,对照组200例予桂枝茯苓丸口服治疗。2组均以3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效及2组治疗前后血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率82%2,组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后全血黏度（低切）、全血黏度（高切）、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度及红细胞比容均低于本组治疗前（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后全血黏度（低切）、全血黏度（高切）、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度及红细胞比容比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组均低于对照组。结论消癥丸治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,价格便宜,且无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of hysteromyoma treated by Xiaozheng pill.Methods 400 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group（n=200） were treated by Xiaozheng pill.The patients in control group were orally taken Guizhifulingwan.The clinical effect and changes of hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（97%） was higher than that in control group（82%,P0.05）.Low-shear whole blood viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity,RBC aggregation index,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiaozheng pill has obvious effect on hysteromyoma. |
