| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and safety of acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic on acute ischemic stroke.Methods 136 cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=68） were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=68） were treated by combination of acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic and routine therapy.The course was 14 days in two groups.NIHSS and ADL scores were recorded before and after treatment for evaluation of effect.Results NIHSS and ADL scores were improved obviously in treatment group（P0.05）.The improvement in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.There were significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate and effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint stimulation of ultrasonic is safe and effective on the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. |
