| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换术患者的生存质量及其与社会支持的关系。方法应用简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）、社会支持评定量表（SSR S）对60例心脏瓣膜置换术术后6个月以上的患者进行调查。结果心脏瓣膜置换术患者SF-36各维度得分显著低于常模（P均〈0.01）;心脏瓣膜置换术患者的社会支持与其生存质量呈正相关（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论心脏瓣膜置换术患者的生存质量水平普遍较低,建议增加社会支持可能有助于提高其生存质量。
