股骨头颈静脉造影的临床应用

本文报告27例股骨头颈内静脉造影的临床应用结果.其中未手术的股骨颈骨折11例、股骨颈骨折内固定术后8例、股骨头无菌性坏死7例、髋后脱位合并髋臼骨折术后1例.作者认为:该法是一种了解股骨头颈静脉回流的简单易行、安全的方法,通过本造影能预示无明显移位的股骨颈骨折和髋脱位患者下地负重时间,并可用来观察股骨头无菌性坏死的程度、过程和归宿.还可对带血管的骨转移或血管植入等的疗效进行评估.

Clinical Application of Femoral Capital Venography

The application of 27 cases of head and neck of femur venography were reported in this article. There were 11 cases of unoperated femoral neck fracture,8 cases of femoral neck fracture treated by internal fixation,7 cases ischemic capital necrosis and one case dislocated hip complicated with acetabular fracture. The authors consider that the venography is a secure and feasible method by which venous outflow of head and neck of femur can be observed. According to the venography,weight bearing can be permitted both in the patients of femoral neck fracture without obvious displacement and in the patients of reduced hip dislocation. The degree,course and result of ischemic capital necrosis can be observed. The result of a certain operation such as pedicled bone graft and vascular implantation can perhaps be checked and evaluated by capital venography.
