| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者冠状动脉血中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)水平的变化情况及意义.方法:ACS 40例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP40例,冠脉造影正常的冠心病患者40例(对照组),用ELISA法检测其冠状动脉口及外周血血浆MMP-9水平,并分析冠脉狭窄程度与MMP-9水平的关系.结果:ACS组冠状动脉血及外周血MMP-9水平高于SAP组及对照组(P＜0.01).ACS组和SAP组冠状动脉狭窄程度与冠状动脉和外周静脉血血浆MMP-9水平不相关(P＞0.05).结论:血浆MMP-9水平与ACS及粥样硬化斑块稳定性有关,可作为预测不稳定斑块破裂的血清学标志.

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in coronary circulation of patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS).Methods: The levels of MMP-9 in coronary arteries and veins in 40 patients with ACS, 40 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 40 control subjects were measured by ELISA. The relationship between the degree of coronary artery stenosis and the levels of MMP-9 was analyzed.Results: The level of MMP-9 in aorta and peripheral vein in ACS group was significantly higher than that in SAP group and control group (P<0.01). The level of MMP-9 was not correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis in ACS and SAP groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The level of MMP-9 is related with ACS and stability of coronary atherosclerotic plaque. |
