摘    要:目的:通过对牙本质的应力分析,为临床中短桩钉嵌体冠修复可行性提供理论依据。方法:建立下颌第二前磨牙的短桩钉嵌体冠三维有限元模型,并运用有限元方法。对模型加载、求解,对后处理得到的模型牙本质应力大小、分布结果进行分析,文中分析了不同桩长度的8种模型。结果:牙本质应力大小、分布在生理限度内。结论:临床中短桩钉嵌体冠修复可行。

Abstract:Objective: To provide the theoretical basis for the short-post inlay-crown restoration in clinic by the stress analysis of model dentin. Methods: To construct the short-post inlay-crown model of the standard second mandibular bicuspid (The number of the model is eight with two lengths of ferrule, four lengths of post). With finite element methods (loading, solution with the software of ANSYS), the data of the dentin stress was analyzed. Result: The stress value and its distribution varied in normal range. Conclusion: It's theoretically applicable for short-post inlay-crown restoration in clinic.
