荆门市不同级别医疗机构消毒质量调查

目的了解荆门市不同级别医疗机构消毒管理和消毒质量状况,以加强医院消毒管理。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对荆州辖区内医疗机构不同消毒卫生处理对象进行了检测。结果连续5年在荆门市498所医疗机构共检测室内空气1 782份,消毒卫生质量平均总合格率为51.8%;检测各种物体表面标本11 119份,平均总合格率为56.6%;检测医护人员手2 048份,平均总合格率为49.2%;检测灭菌物品2 323份,平均合格率为87.6%。市(县)、乡和村三级医疗机构消毒质量总平均合格率依次降低。结论湖北省荆门市各级医疗机构消毒卫生质量合格率总体偏低,但以灭菌物品的灭菌质量更值得关注,必须加强管理,限期改进和提高。

SURVEY ON THE DISINFECTION QUALITY OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS IN JINGMEN CITY

Objective To understand the disinfection quality and management of medical institutions at different levels in Jingmen city in order to strengthen the management of hospital disinfection.Methods On-site investigation and sampling tests were used to detect the different disinfected objects.Results In five years at 498 medical institutions in Jingmen city,the 1 782 copies indoor air were detected and the overall average pass rate of disinfection quality was 51.8%;the 11 119 copies surface of objects were detected and the overall average pass rate was 56.6%;the 2 048 copies hands of medical staff were detected and the overall average pass rate was 49.2%;the 2 323 copies sterilization objects were detected and the overall average pass rate was 87.6%.The overall average pass rate of sterilization quality decreased systematically with city,township and village.Conclusion The pass rate of disinfection quality is low in Jingmen city,but the sterilization quality should be paid more attention and management should be strenthened.
