循证护理在肺结核患者中的效果观察

目的探讨循证护理在改善肺结核患者健康状态中的作用,提高临床治疗效果。方法将80例在本院进行治疗的肺结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用循证护理模式,对照组给予常规护理,采用APACHEⅡ评分系统、HAMA及HAMD量表对两组患者护理效果进行评价。结果经过3个月的护理,观察组患者APACHEⅡ评分、HAMA及HAMD评分均好于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理可以显著改善肺结核患者的健康状况,减轻心理压力,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Clinicai observation of evidence-based nursing care on tuberculosis patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy effect of evidence-based nursing care on tuberculosis,and improve treatment effect. Methods 80 patients with tuberculosis were divided randomly into observation group （40 cases）and control group （40 cases. The observation group was used with evidence-based nursing care, the control group was used with the conventional nursing care. APACHE Ⅱ , HAMA and HAMD were used to evaluate the nursing effect. Results Three months later, score of APACHE Ⅱ , HAMA and HAMD in observation group is better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care can improve the health of patients, alleviate psychological pressure, promote recovery, and be worthy of clinical application.
