西安地区血培养标本分离的MRSA mecA与qacA/B基因检测

目的了解西安地区血培养标本中分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)mecA和qacA/B基因携带情况,以便推测其抗药性。方法采用细菌培养鉴定技术和基因扩增方法,对收集2008年1月-2010年2月期间西安地区多家住院与门诊患者血培养标本进行了分离和检测。结果在2年内从西安地区3所医院血培养标本中分离鉴定出56株MRSA,mecA基因均为阳性,携带率为100%;有7株MRSA检出qacA/B基因阳性,携带率为12.5%。结论西安地区部分医院血培养标本分离的MRSA检测出qacA/B基因阳性率为12.5%,携带率较低。

DETECTION ON mecA AND qacA/ B GENE OF MRSA ISOLATED FROM XI'AN BLOOD CULTURE SAMPLES

Objective To investigate mecA and qacA/B gene of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated from blood culture samples from Xi'an in order to speculate the resistance.Methods Bacterial culture techniques and gene amplification methods were used to separate and detect blood culture specimens including inpatient and outpatient in Xi'an hospital from January 2008 to February 2010.Results MecA gene was positive in all 56 strains MRSA isolated and identified within 2 years from three hospital in Xi'an blood cultures samples.7 strains MRSA detection of qacA / B gene were positive,and the positive rate was 12.5%.Conclusion QacA/B gene-positive rate of MRSA isolated from blood culture samples in Xi'an hospital was low.
