阴道前后壁修补联合补片治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂14例临床分析

目的探讨阴道前后壁修补联合补片治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析14例行阴道前后壁修补联合补片治疗的女性盆底功能障碍患者的病例资料及随访结果。结果所有患者均一次性手术成功,手术平均时间为132.8（90～200）min,术中平均出血112.4（70～300）ml,平均住院时间8.2（7～10）d。术后随访4～28个月,无盆底膨出或尿失禁复发。其中1例患者出现阴道前壁补片侵蚀1,例患者术后出现左下肢轻度疼痛2,例出现膀胱颈过度活动症,1例出现轻微性交疼痛。结论阴道前后壁修补联合补片治疗盆腔脏器脱垂安全有效,经济可行,近期效果满意,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Clincal Analysis of Anterior and/or Posterior Colporrhaphy Plus Mesh Repair in 14 Cases with Pelvic Organ Prolapses

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of anterior and/or posterior colporrhaphy plus mesh repair in pelvic floor reconstructive surgery.Methods 14 cases with pelvic organ prolapse and/or stress urinary incontinence were operated with pelvic floor reconsrtuction operation.Results All operations were done successfully.The average operation time was 132.8(90～200)minutes.The mean intraoperative blood loss was 112.4(70～300)ml.The average hospitalization period was 8.2(7～10)days.The period of follow-up after operation was 4 to 28 months.No recurrent case.Anterior vaginal wall mesh eroded in one case and overactive bladder in two cases,slight pain in left lower limb in one case and slight dyspareunia in one case.Conclusion Anterior and/or posterior colporrhaphy plus mesh repair is safe and efficient for POP and/or SUI patients.It has a satisfactory short-term effect but fewer complications and is worth to be popularized in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
