60例药物治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的疗效分析

目的观察药物综合治疗以及抗氧化和去自由基药物依达拉奉治疗急性重型颅脑损伤治疗的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入病例要求的病例60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组在常规对照组治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉,观察两组患者治疗后第1、2、3周的GCS评分及不良反应情况。结果两组患者均如期完成观察,两组均未见明显的不良反应,治疗后在第1、2、3周GCS评分治疗组分别为12.3分、14.8分、15.1分,于对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论依达拉奉能缩短急性重型颅脑损伤患者昏迷期,促进神经功能的恢复,早期应用依达拉奉能够明显降低重型颅脑损伤患者病死率,促进脑神经功能恢复,改善远期生活质量。

The efficacy analysis of drug treatment of acute severe brain injury in 60 cases

Objective To observe of drug therapy and to free radicals and antioxidant drugs edaravone treatment of acute severe traumatic brain injury treatment efficacy.Methods Meet the requirements of selection of cases included cases of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each treatment group in the conventional group therapy based on the use of edaravone,were observed after treatment 1,2,3 weeks of GCS score and adverse reactions Results Observed two groups of patients were completed on schedule,both groups no significant adverse reactions,1,2,3 in the first week after treatment,treatment group,the GCS score was 12.3 points,14.8 points,15.1 points in the control group.There were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Edaravone can reduce the acute period of coma with severe head injury patients,to promote recovery of neurological function,early application of edaravone can significantly reduce the mortality of patients with severe traumatic brain injury and promote recovery of brain function,improve the long-term quality of life.
