抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告84例分析

目的了解我院抗肿瘤药物不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析研究方法,对我院2008年至2010年上报的84例抗肿瘤药物ADR报告进行统计、分析与评价。结果 84例ADR中,男39例,女45例;50岁以上中老年患者较多,占60.71%;涉及抗肿瘤药物7大类、52种,抗肿瘤植物药的ADR发生频率排首位;变态反应43例和消化系统反应27例,分别占36.13%和22.69%。结论应加强对肿瘤患者ADR的监测工作,以保证用药安全性。

Analysis of 84 adverse drug reaction reports of antineoplastics

Objective To investigate the laws and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） of antineoplastic drugs occurred in our hospital and to provide references for safe use of antineoplastic drugs clinically.Methods Eighty-four ADR reports collected from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results In all of the 84 ADR cases,39 were male and 45 were female.The incidence of ADR occurred in the patients older than 50 was 60.71%.Seven categories（52 kinds） of drugs were involved.The incidence of ADR of anti-tumor botanical drugs was the highest.43 cases of allergic（36.13%）,27 cases of gastrointestinal reactions（22.69%）.Conclusion Monitoring of ADRs induced by antineoplastics should be strengthened in order to ensure the safety of drug usage.
