某综合性医院住院患者医院感染调查

目的了解某综合医院院内感染发生情况,为做好医院感染监控工作提供参考。方法通过回顾性调查方式,对该医院2007-2009年住院患者的医院感染情况进行了调查。结果该医院在2007-2009年期间共有住院患者50 604例,发生医院感染患者958例,医院感染发生率为1.89%。医院感染的主要部位为上呼吸道感染占56.05%,下呼吸道感染占21.29%;其次是胃肠道感染和泌尿道感染,分别为6.99%和6.16%。医院感染致病菌中,革兰阴性杆菌占52.40%,革兰阳性球菌占34.59%,真菌占13.01%。结论该医院的医院感染发生率较低,主要为呼吸道感染,致病菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,应结合调查结果制定防控措施。

INVESTIGATION ON NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF IN -PATIENT IN A COMPREHENSIVE HOSPITAL

Objective To know the nosocomial infection condition of a comprehensive hospital,to prefer reference for nosocomial infection monitoration.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to investigate nosocomial infection of the in-patient in a comprehensive hospital from 2007 to 2009.Results There were 50 604 cases of in-patients in the hospital from 2007 to 2009,958 cases had nosocomial infection,the infection rate was 1.89%.The main part of nosocomial infection was upper respiratory tract(56.05%) and lower respiratory tract(21.29%).Next parts were stomach intestines tract and urologic tract,which were 6.99% and 6.16% respectively.In the nosocomial infection pathogen,52.40% was Gram negative bacilli,34.59% was Gram positive,13.01% was the fungi.Conclusion Infection incidence rate of this hospital was low,the mainly part was respiratory tract,the main pathgeon was the Gram negative bacilli.We should establish control measurements according to the investigation results.
