上海市某区基层医院消毒供应室现状调查

目的了解上海某区基层级医院消毒供应室现状,改进和提高基层医疗机构消毒供应室管理水平。方法采用问卷调查表方式和现场查看方法,对该区12所一级医院消毒供应室现状进行了调查。结果所调查12所医院消毒供应室工作人员以护理专业为主,占83.3%;中专学历者占75%,初级职称占58.3%。这些医院消毒供应室主要设施有下排式压力蒸汽灭菌器、水池。均没有配备压力水枪、超声波清洗器、烘干设备。多数医院消毒供应室对压力蒸汽灭菌能开展工艺、化学、生物监测。结论本次调查的12所一级医院消毒供应室基本设施建设及管理水平比较落后,需要加强基层医疗机构供应室基本建设。

SURVEY ON THE SITUATION OF DISINFECTION SUPPLY ROOM IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS IN SHANGHAI

Objective To investigate situations of disinfection supply room in primary health care institutions of some district in Shanghai and to improve and strengthen disinfection management of supply room.Methods Questionnaire and on-site inspection were used to investigate disinfection effect on supply room in 12 primary health care institutions.Results Most of staff in disinfection supply room of 12 primary health care institutions were nursing profession,accounting for 83.3%.75% of this staff owned secondary education and 58.3% had primary title.The main facilities of supply room in primary health care institutions were bottom pressure-steam sterilization and pond.None of them was equipped with pressure water jets,ultrasonic cleaning and drying equipment.Most disinfection supply rooms of medical institution could carry out technology,chemical and biological monitoring for pressure-steam sterilization.Conclusion The infrastructure construction and management level of disinfection supply room are relatively backward in 12 investigated primary health care institutions,so the infrastructure of disinfection supply rooms in primary health care institutions should be strengthened.
