| 摘 要： | 类糜蛋白酶是肥大细胞分泌的主要中性蛋白酶之一。近年来研究显示,类糜蛋白酶参与了支气管哮喘的诸多 病理生理过程,在气道黏液高分泌、黏膜炎症、支气管平滑肌收缩、气道重建以及对肥大细胞激活的调节中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Chymase is one of the major proteases in the secretory granules of mast cells. Recent reports demonstrate that this mast cell mediator participated in the pathophysiological process of asthma including airway mucus hypersecretion, mucosal inflammation, airway smooth muscle constraction, airway remodeling, and modulation of mast cells activation. |
