| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍复发疝的无张力疝修补术，探讨复发疝的复发原因、预防和再手术方法。方法 2l例患者采用Marlex疝补片行无张力疝修补术，其中12例应用菊花型补片行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。结果 2l例中除l例79岁高龄伴肺气肿、前列腺肥大患者复发外，余均无复发，效果满意。结论 术中确切固定好平片和网塞以及术后解除导致高腹压的病因是预防疝复发的关键。无张力疝修补术是治疗复发疝、尤其是老年患者的首选手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce operation for tension-free hernia repair of recurrent hernia,and to evaluate recurrent reasons and precaution and reoperation of recurrent hernia. Methods all cases were treated by tension-free hernia repair,including 12 cases were operated with tension-free hernia repair with plug-technique through hernia ring. Results 21 cases being not recurrent except that 1 case who was recurrent with 79 years old,pneumonectasis and prostatause hernia,which is satis factory. Conclusion this is the best way to treat recurrenet hernia with low recurrency. |
