类风湿性关节炎血清补体水平相关因素分析

目的研究类风湿性关节炎的血清补体与患者性别、年龄、病程、类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白等免疫学指标及临床表现之间的关系。方法观察40例类风湿性关节炎患者的性别、年龄、病程、类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白、血清补体水平等免疫学指标及关节疼痛肿胀情况,并设10名健康人作正常对照组。结果RA组的补体C3、C4水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),补体C3水平与关节压痛数呈直线正相关,补体C4水平与关节肿胀数呈直线正相关(P<0.05)。患者补体C3水平与ESR、-α1 AGP、PLT呈直线正相关(P<0.05)。患者补体C3水平与Hb呈直线负相关(P<0.05)。患者补体水平与病程、年龄无明显相关性。结论RA患者的补体与患者疾病的活动性密切相关,在一定程度上反映疾病的活动性,并能以此正确评价患者的疾病进展及分期。

Study on relat ed factors of serum complement levels in 40 cases of rheumatoid arthitis

Objective To study the relationship between the serum complement levels and sex,age,illness duration,rheumatoid factor,immmunoglobulin,clinical manifestations in patients with Rheumatoid Arthitis(RA).Methods The sex,age,illness duration,clinical manifestations of 40 cases RA patients were observed,the rheumatoid factor,immmunoglobulin,serum complement levels in those RA patients were determined.And 10 healthy individuals were determined for comparison.analyzed statistically with database set up by SPSS 11.5 software.Results The results showed that the levels of complement C_3,C_4 in patients with RA were remarkably higher than those in control groups(P<0.05).There was a siginficant positive correlation between the level of complement C_3 of RA groups and the joint pressed pain index,ESR,α-1 AGP(P<0.05);And there was a negative relationship between the level of complement C_3 and Hb in the RA groups.Between the level of complement C_4 and joint swell index were found a significant positive correlation.There was no relationship between age,illness duration and the level of complement of RA.Conclusion There is a close relationship between the serum complement level and its activity of the RA in RA Patients.It reflects in some extent the activity of the disease,and it also can assesse the development and the staging of the disease.
