| 摘 要： | 研究在育肥牛精料中添加0．3mg／kg有机硒，结果表明：平均日增重提高8．7％（P〉0．05），干物质采食量减少12．4％（P〉0．05），饲料干物质报酬提高7．7％（P〉0．05），蛋白质效率提高3．1％（P〉0．05）；肉牛屠宰率、胴体产肉率、净肉率分别提高4．1％、1．26％、5．4％（P〉0．05）；肉中CP、Ca、P、Fe、Zn、Mg、Na、K含量分别提高7．2％（P〉0．05）、12．5％（P〈0．05）、20．6％（P〈0．05）、23．08％（P〈0．05）、11．38％（P〉0．05）、21．11％（P〈0．05）、39．11％（P〈0．01）、8．6％（P〉0．05），硒的含量提高72．8％（P〈0．01），氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量、鲜味氨基酸总量分别提高17．7％（P〈0．05）、16．6％（P〈0．05）、19．7％（P〈0．05）。

| Abstract: | An experiment was carried out to study on feeding with the concentrate added with Organic Selenium(0.3mg/kg).The results showed that the test group ADG raise 8.7%(P>0.05),the ADMI declined 12.4%(P>0.05),the DM efficiency of trial group was 8.7% higher than that of control group(P>0.05),the PER was 3.1% higher than that of control group,the DR,NMR,MRC of finishing cattle in experiment group respectively enhanced 4.1%,5.4%,1.26% in compared with that of control group(P>0.05),the content of CP,Ca,P,Fe,Zn,Mg,Na... |
