尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨尤瑞克林对治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法选择我院神经内科2009年1月至2010年1月年符合诊断的50例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成2组即尤瑞克林治疗组和常规的尿激酶溶栓治疗对照组。比较两组神经功能缺损情况及临床疗效。结果尤瑞克林组在治疗后在各时期神经功能改善情况及有效率均优于尿激酶溶栓治疗组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尤瑞克林可以迅速建立侧支循环,且在短期内得到较好的疗效,在治疗急性脑梗死上疗效肯定。

Curative effect observation of swiss kelin on treating cerebral infraction

Objective To disuss the validity and security of swiss kelin to treat cerebral infraction.Methods Chose 50 cerebral infraction patients who were fit for the diagnosis in neurology ranged from Jan 2009~2010.they were divided into treatment group and control group,compared the situation of nerve defect and clinical efficacy. Results Nerve function improvement situation and effectiveness of swiss kelin in various times was better than that in urokinase group.the different had statistics significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Swiss kelin may establish the circulation rapidly and obtain a good curative effect,It＇s curative effect is good on treating cerebral infraction.
