| 摘 要： | 本组应用E_T和Ea试验为指标,检测葡萄胎、恶葡和绒癌病人与健康妇女的外周血液淋巴细胞玫瑰花形成率的差异。结果:三组病人的Ea花率、E_T花率与健康妇女比较,无显著性差异;三组病人手术和化疗后的Ea花率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而E_T花率则无显著变化(P>0.05)。提示:Ea花率代表活力较大的T淋巴细胞亚群,以及治疗后Ea淋巴细胞的活性可能受到抑制有关。

| Abstract: | We used the tests of total E-rosete and active rosette-forming cells as a standard to investigate the difference of the rates of peripheral blood lym- pho cytic rosette formation between the patients with hydatiaiform mole, malignant mole, Choriocarcinoma and healthy women. The resnlts Showed that there was no obvious difference of the rates of total E-rosetle and active rosetle-forming cells between the patiewts and bealthy women. The rates of aitive rosette-foming cells of the patients who had undergone operation and chemotherapy were Lower than that of the pa- tients who had been treated before (P<0.05). There was no remarkable change in total E-rosette forming cells (P>0.05). |
