| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析 5 6例心脏黏液瘤患者手术治疗的资料 ,结果发现 :黏液瘤发生于左心房 4 8例 ,右心房 6例 ,右心室 1例 ,多发性 1例。均行手术切除 ,1例于手术 15个月后复发 ,再次手术切除。除 1例术前合并严重左心功能不全的患者术后死于低心排综合征外 ,余效果良好。提示手术切除是治疗心脏黏液瘤行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | The operation data of 56 cases of cardiac myxoma were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that there were 48 cases of left atrial myxoma, 6 right atrial myxoma, 1 right ventricular myxoma, and 1 multiple cardiac myxoma; the second operation for myxoma recurrence 15 months after the first operation was performed in 1 case. The operative effects were good, except for a patient with preoperative left heart failure who died of the low cardiac output syndrome. The results suggest that operation is the most effective method for treating cardiac myxomas. |
