浅谈护理本科生临床护理管理实习带教的方法

A brief discussion on the method of clinical nursing practice management for the nursing undergraduate

One-week clinical nursing practice management of nursing undergraduate plays a important role in the teaching of nursing care. In order to accomplish the task of teaching,the teacher firstly should make a reasonable plan for the intern ,then give a lecture and set a example for the student,thus the student should practice and discuss with each other. The teacher should widen the knowledge of the student and improve their competence of working,and emphasize the consciousness of safety for every student. Furthermore,The teacher should also tell the student nurse not only get close to the patients and their familiality but improve the ability of communication.Theories go with facts,it＇s essential for the intern to make a sense of the feature of ward management and the method of common clinical nursing management. Besides,the nursing supervisor should focus on clinical practice teaching and learn the character of nursing undergraduate,after that make a reasonable plan for the intern ,finally create a fine environment for study to the intern,since it can train the academic thinking and help the teacher find outstanding student.
