| 摘 要： | 目的:优选傣药喉舒宝的提取工艺。方法:以水为溶媒,干膏收率以及黄芩苷含量为综合考察指标,采用L9(3)4正交试验法对傣药喉舒宝提取工艺进行优选。结果:提取次数和加水量对考察指标具有显著性影响。优选的傣药喉舒宝的水提最佳工艺为加水10倍,提取3次,每次1.0h。结论:优选得到的傣药喉舒宝水提工艺,经中试放大,稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the optimum extraction process for the preparation of Dai medicine Houshubao.Method:L9(3)4 orthogonal testmethod was used to optimize the water extraction techniques,with the yield of extract and the content of baicalin as the indexes.Result:The amount of water and extraction times showed significant influence on the indexes.The optimal process was as follows:adding 12 folds of water,extracting 3 times for 1.0 hours each extraction.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible for the production of Dai medicine Houshubao. |
