| 摘 要： | 目的：评估连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在救治重症急性肾衰(ARF)及多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)中的作用和疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院6例MODS患者21例次CRRT治疗的临床资料，观察患者治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、电解质和血气的变化及血压、心率的改变。结果：治愈2例，死亡4例。结论：CRRT设备简单，操作方便，能有效纠正危重患者液体平衡、纠正酸中毒和电解质紊乱，治疗中血流动力学稳定，适用于重症ARF及MODS患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in the treatment of severe acute renal failure(ARF)and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods:Six patients were treated with CRRT,including 3 cases with continuous venous-venous hemofiltration(CVVH),3 cases with continuous venous-venous hemodiafiltration(CVVHDF).Results:Two patients survived and four died. Electrolue and acid-base balance were maintained effectively in all patients. Conclusion:CRRT is effective for severe ARF and MODS with excellent hemodynamic stability,and make it possible for the treatment of underlying disease and total paraenterol nutrition therapy therefore improves the prognosis. |
