高血压合并甲状腺功能亢进临床预后分析

目的探讨影响高血压合并甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)的药物治疗预后的相关因素。方法通过回顾性研究,筛选89例高血压合并甲亢患者,收集患者的临床资料,统计分析其与药物治疗预后情况的关系。结果高血压合并甲亢患者,年龄较大者痊愈率显著低于年龄较小者(P<0.05);患者体质量指数(BMI)较大者痊愈率显著低于BMI较小者(P<0.05);此外,具有早发心血管疾病家族史的患者,经治疗痊愈率显著低于无早发心血管疾病家族史的患者(P<0.05);既往患有心脏病或者甲状腺肿的患者,经药物治疗痊愈率显著低于无既往心脏病或者甲状腺肿病史的患者(P<0.05);接受系统健康教育及护理的患者,药物治疗痊愈率为75.5%,显著高于接受传统常规护理措施的患者的痊愈率55.6%(P<0.05)。结论年龄、BMI、早发心血管疾病家族史、心脏病病史、甲状腺肿病史以及健康教育护理措施,与高血压合并甲亢药物治疗预后相关。

Clinical prognostic analysis of hypertension complicated with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the related factors influencing the prognosis of patients with hypertension complicated with hy-perthyroidism. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 89 patients with hypertension complicated with hyperthyroidism,the clinical data was collected and the relationship between the clinical data and the prognosis of patients were statistically analyzed. Re-sults The cure rate of elder patients with hypertension complicated with hyperthyroidism after treatment was significantly lower than that in younger patients(P<0. 05);the cure rate of patients with larger body mass index (BMI) was significantly lower than that of patients with smaller BMI(P<0. 05);in addition,patients with a family history of cardiovascular disease early attack had a lower cure rate after treatment than that of patients without family history(P<0. 05);the cure rate of patients with heart disease or goiter after treatment was significantly lower than that of patients without the previous history of heart disease or goiter(P<0. 05);the cure rate of patients accepting the systemic health education nursing was 75. 5%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients received the conventional nursing measures(55. 6%)(P<0. 05). Conclusion The age,BMI,family history of cardiovascular disease early at-tack,history of heart disease and goiter,and health education nursing measures were related to the prognosis of patients with hyperten-sion complicated with hyperthyroidism.
