摘    要:目的探讨应用深低温"假死"方法救治失血性休克的可行性。方法对8只小型巴马香猪行颈总动脉和颈内静脉插管,建立体外循环;转流降低直肠温至15℃时,暂停循环90 min后恢复体外循环并复温;待直肠温恢复到术前水平后,脱离体外循环,呼吸机辅助呼吸直至脱离呼吸机;观察实验猪血流动力学指标及存活情况。结果本组8只实验猪心脏均自动复跳并能够脱离呼吸机,脱机后2 h内血流动力学稳定。1只实验猪脱离体外循环后死于循环障碍。结论应用深低温"假死"救治猪失血性休克安全、有效,为外伤或战伤后心脏和大血管损伤的救治提供了实验基础。

Establishment of swine model with deep hypothermia induced suspended animation for hemorrhagic shock therapy
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of using deep hypothermia induced suspended animation to treat swine model after hemorrhagic shock. Methods Cannulation of the right common carotid artery and internal jugular vein were performed to establish ex-tracorporeal circulation for eight swine,which was terminated till the rectal temperature dropped to 15℃ . Ninety minutes later,the cir-culation was restarted and terminated till rectal temperature of 37℃ . Breathing machine assisted until swine can spontaneously breath-ing. The index of hemodynamic and survival were observed. Results Seven swine had heart rehabilitation jump,sublation of the breathing machine,hemodynamic was stable after off-line within 2 hours,while one swine died of circulatory failure. Conclusion U-sing deep hypothermia induced suspended animation to treat swine model after hemorrhagic shock is feasible and safe,which can be used in the future study for heart and large vessel after war wound and trauma.
