沈阳地区某体检中心健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况调查分析

目的调查沈阳地区健康体检人群的幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况,为疾病预防和治疗提供依据。方法分别按性别和年龄分组,统计不同组别Hp阳性率;并与我国人群的感染情况做比较。结果根据解放军202医院健康管理中心2015年的统计报告,沈阳地区健康体检人群Hp的总阳性率为33.98%。其中,男性Hp阳性率为34.26%,女性为33.49%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8~20岁组及21~30岁组人群阳性率最低,分别为20.93%及20.66%,并且两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。21~30岁组与31~40岁组、31~40岁组与41~50岁、41~50岁与51~60岁组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2015年沈阳地区Hp感染阳性率低于全国水平;而且,随着年龄的增长,阳性率不断增高,即年龄与Hp感染阳性率呈正相关关系。

Investigation of helicobacter pylori infection of healthy check-up people in Shenyang

Objective To explore health check-up crowd of helicobacter pylori infection in shenyang,to provide the basis for the pre-vention and treatment of disease. Methods The groups were divided according to gender and age respectively,Hp positive rate in dif-ferent groups were statistically calculated. Then to be compared with infection situation of population in our country. Results The total Hp positive rate was 33. 98% in shenyang health check-up crowd,Hp positive rate of male was 34. 26% ,that of female was 33. 49% . There was no statistically significant difference between them(P > 0. 05). The Hp positive rate in groups of 8 to 20 years old and 21 to 30 years old group were the lowest,were 20. 93% and 20. 66% ,respectively. The difference was not statistically significant( P >0. 05). As the growth of age,Hp positive rate was accordingly increased. The comparisons in groups of 21 to 30 years old and 31 to 40 years old,31 to 40 years old and 41 to 50 years old,41 to 50 years old and 51 to 60 years old,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hp positive rate and influence infection rate are lower than national level. However as the growth of the age,the positive rate increases constantly,the ages of the physical examination are positively correlated,and the differences in many groups are statistically significant(P < 0. 05).
