高分辨率MRI双重造影结合弥散加权成像在直肠癌术前T分期诊断中应用

目的探讨高分辨MRI(HR-MRI)双重造影结合弥散加权成像(DWI)判断直肠癌T分期的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析赤峰市医院2014年3月至2016年5月收治的84例原发性直肠癌患者的临床资料。通过HR-MRI双重造影结合DWI综合分析判定直肠癌的大小、浸润程度、与邻近器官的关系,做出术前T分期诊断,并与术后病理相对照,判断影像学方法对T分期诊断的准确性。结果本组84例原发性直肠癌患者均可被HR-MRI双重造影结合DMI检出,T分期诊断准确率为78.6%(66/84)。结论 HR-MRI双重造影结合DWI对直肠癌术前T分期具有较高的诊断价值。

Preoperative T-stage diagnosis of rectal carcinoma via high-resolution MRI double contrast combined with diffusion-weigh-ted imaging

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of high-resolution MRI( HR-MRI) double contrast combined with diffu-sion-weighted imaging( DWI) on the preoperative diagnosis of rectal carcinoma T-stage. Methods A retrospective study was per-formed on 84 patients with rectal carcinoma received in the Chifeng Municipal Hospital from March 2014 to May 2016. The size of the colorectal cancer,infiltration degree and relationship with the adjacent organs were comprehensively analyzed and determined by HR-MRI double contrast combined with DWI on the preoperative diagnosis of rectal carcinoma T-stage,and was compared with the postop-erative pathology to assess the accuracy of imaging methods for T-stage diagnosis. Results All 84 cases of primary colorectal cancer were detected by MRI,the accuracy rate of T-stage diagnosis was 78. 6%(66/84). Conclusion HR-MRI double contrast combined with DWI has high diagnostic value on the preoperative diagnosis of rectal carcinoma T-stage.
