摘    要:目的:探索双歧双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium bifidum)的完整肽聚糖(WPG)的抑瘤机制。方法:以激光共聚焦显微镜检测大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤丝裂原活化的蛋白激酶家系中的ERK1/2、JNK和p38以及激活蛋白1的主要组分c-fos和c-jun的含量,结果:WPG注射组大肠癌组织的ERK1/2和c-jun的平均荧光强度均明显低于肿瘤对照组(P<0.01);而JNK、p38和c-fos的平均荧光强度在两组间差异则无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:双歧双歧杆菌的WPG体内能降低大肠癌ERK1/2的活性以及c-jun的表达,这可能是其抑瘤途径之一。

Influence of pan-peptidoglycan of bifidobacteria on MAPK and AP-1 of experimental large bowel carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To explore the antitumor mechanisms of pan-peptidoglycan (WPG) of Bifidobacterium bifidum. Methods The content of ERK1/2, JNK, p38, c-fos and c-jun of transplantation tumors of large bowel carcinoma of nude mice was detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy. ERK1/2, JNK and p38 was belonging to mitogen-activated protein kinase family. c-fos and c-jun were the main compositions of activator protein 1. Results The average fluorescent strength of ERK1/2 and c-jun of the large bowel carcinoma tissues in WPG injection group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01). The average fluorescent strength of JNK, p38, c-fos was not markedly different in both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion WPG of B.bifidum could decrease ERK1/2 activity and c-jun expression of large bowel carcinoma in vivo. It was one of the antitumor pathways of WPG possibly.
